The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. For more tips on keeping your chair in mint condition, we’ve put together a handy Aftercare Guide with more detailed maintenance instructions.
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Tennessee and Utah. Once you’ve placed your order, it typically takes up to 1 working day to be processed and is delivered within 3 working days.* Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

SpainThe best chair I've ever had. I like the low back adjustment system, just great. Its wonderful seat for long hours, the great mobility and softness of the armrests. The variety of adjustable angles of the chair and the feeling of using a sturdy, high quality chair. The only improvement I can see is that the parts on the sides of the seat can generate some noise due to the rubbing between materials (NEO version) . Otherwise, a great product and a good buy, no doubt.
