The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days.

This chair is so comfortable so far but time will tell as my old chair from another source was 10yrs old .. So far experience is great ..

Germanygreat quality - but downsides in Service
The chair and Table are great so far and were well instructed and easy to build. But I need to take one star of, because I ordered additional cable management and didnt need it after all. The Return-Process was quite complicated to begin with (no simple formula to download or request) and even though I spent 1.700 € and wanted to return only a small amount (~60€) I had to take care of the cost with the returning by my own. I think that is somewhat sad for such a high quality company. I understand that I need to take costs when returning a full table or Chair - but this is very sad for me.

I bought the chair for my husbands birthday and he was thrilled. The chair is excellent packed and the instructions are very good defined. Easy to install and looks incredibly great. The embroidery on the chair is wonderful, that magnet for the cushion also great. Not one bad thing to say. Really respect for whom which designed and made the chair. Definitely buying one more. Regards
