The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. We really love this chair and noticed the difference between secret labs and other chairs it’s a fight on who sits in it soon to get another!

Been using this chair for several weeks. - The seat cushion has a lot to be desired for, was hoping for atleast a little bit of softness. just using a car seat cushion to add some softness. Hopefully Secretlab marketing team would take this idea and give the consumer the "car seat cushion option". - Wish that the tilt angle for the chair can go a little more forwards. - Wheels run smoothly on carpet. - Arm rest is nice and stable and locked into place. However, there is some sort of looseness on the swivel. - At the lowest setting on the chair, my knees are a nice 90degree ankle when sitting down, and feel like I am on a kids high chair when raised to full height. Would recommend if you want a good chair to use. For long term usage, would recommend a car seat cushion added to your seat for some softness.
