We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days.

After 2 years of light use, the chair is coming apart from the stem. I contacted customer service, and they wanted $200 to replace the part. This is the last item I'll ever buy from this brand. I am going to buy a Steelcase gaming chair for my next purchase.

Looking further into your case, we noted that you purchased your chair 4 years ago in January 2020. Our Classics series are covered under warranty for 3 years, with an option to extend it to 5 years by submitting the warranty extension form. This information can be found on our website here: https://secretlab.co/pages/redeem While our support team tries to assist all our customers the best they can, we have noted that there were no warranty extension submissions for your order, hence the warranty ended in January 2023. As with most other companies with limited warranties, replacement requests outside the warranty coverage period may require an additional top-up fee. We try our best to take care of all our customers, hence the amount shared with you has been heavily subsidised and we hope that you can reconsider the offer provided.
