We strongly recommend that you watch the assembly video before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. We deliver your order straight to your address via FedEx, UPS, TNT or DPD. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your order. Quite the upgrade !
The package came in in perfect condition, got a bit scared because the delivery company is know for fuck-ups but it all went smooth. Mounting the chair was very easy with the instructions and the whole package felt so well designed. And now that I've sat on it for a couple of weeks, I can confidently say : this was a very good decision to make the jump. I love this chair, it looks amazing (long time AC fan) and it's soooooo confortable, I'm looking forward to sitting on it for a big number of years !

CanadaFinally pulled the trigger
I’ve had I don’t know how many computer chairs, office chairs. So recently my wife surprised me with the titan for Christmas. Hands down most comfortable chair I’ve ever had, easy to clean, the leather is very durable (I have two cats with nails and they haven’t damaged my chairs leather) now back to cleaning the product wipes they give you clean and give the chair that brand new shine again so I had to get more! Honestly if I could rate the chair higher than 5 stars know I would. Cheers

Putting it together was quite easy, thanks to the included guide and tools. The padding is firm, which seems to imply it will last quite a while. It's surprisingly comfortable, on the whole. It must be said that the shipping (through To My Door) was pretty bad. I'm in a regional area, and I recieved it almost two weeks after the estimated arrival date. I'm addition, the tracking data stopped basically as soon as they got hold of it. The box was dented, but the chair itself is entirely undamaged as far as I can tell.
