Great product
Just installed my Magnus XL and it all went incredibly smoothly. Great delivery, well packaged, easy to read instructions, and a high quality desk and accessories. A+

The chair is nice, as you'd expect from the price. I have 3 little problems with it though. The first is the lumbar support knobs on the sides, My left one fell off very soon after I got the chair. The second is that the arms can become loose and wobbly over time(its fine if you just re-tighten the screws). Finally, the wheels. I don't know how many people struggle with this but as someone with long hair a buildup can occur in the wheels jamming them. I'm not too certain the best way to deal with it but one idea is to make the wheel parts near the bearing metal as well so we can use a blowtorch to get rid of the hair without worrying about bending the plastic. obviously these are all minor problems and the chair has many redeeming factors.

I bought this chair straight up cause my last desk chair was causing me neck pain, so much so that I couldn’t finish my homework let alone game for a couple hours. Needless to say since I have been sitting in my new chair the pain has subsided substantially. I’m glad I bought the chair and you will be too don’t hesitate especially if your in pain and thinking about it.
