Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. I don't know where to begin with this review. I ordered the Cyberpunk Titan Evo 2022 chair. I paid extra for expedited processing. It arrived fairly quickly. Upon receiving the chair, I noticed there were some issues with the stitching on the back of the chair. It looked like some of the red threads on the design were skipped over during manufacturing. This is where the fun begins. I emailed customer support and a long process ensued. First, he had me send pictures in of the issue. No problem with that and that is very rational. Then, they said they could send a replacement chair back out OR I could have a 20% off coupon on an accessory if I kept the chair with defect. While I'm glad that they offered to send a replacement chair back out, after paying over $600 for this chair, I felt like something more should have been offered (perhaps even the 20% off coupon for all my trouble). I also thought it was laughable that they would only give you a 20% off accessory coupon if you kept a defective item you paid over $600 for. Anyway, I let customer service know how I felt about the issue and they said that they checked and they could be allowed to offer me the coupon for 20% off an accessory balong with the replacement back rest. They sent me the coupon code and told me it would expire in 2 weeks lol. Although the customer service rep was nice, I don't feel like adequate compensation was made. I paid over $600 for this chair. The process of exchanging the seat back was fairly easy. However, after receiving my new chair back, I also noticed even more flaws with the stitching on the new one. I decided to just keep the chair after having quite lengthy conversations in the past with customer service. I was ready to be done. The chair itself is built really well, it's tough and strong and pretty heavy. It glides nicely and I love that you can lay it back. All in all, I'm sure some others have had good experiences with this company but I wouldn't buy another chair from here unless it was deeply discounted. I should have read reviews before purchasing.
