You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

I have had the pleasure of using the Magnus Pro XL for some time now and the impressions are very positive. Despite my initial doubts, which were caused primarily by the high price, I decided to take a risk. After the first week of use, my doubts were dispelled and I understood that it was worth it. In my opinion, all the advantages of this desk will be 100% appreciated only when using it, and cable management and power going to the leg of the desk is something brilliant. When I was looking for a new desk, I thought I'd buy a classic wooden desk with the possibility of adjustment and buy a cable management tray for it. Now I know that I would not have gotten the same effect. The MAGPAD mat is also worth paying attention to, as it gives a great feeling when using and diversifies the look. If I were to buy a desk today, I would choose the Magnus Pro XL again because for me it is one of the best desk today.

I've seen a lot of desks over the years, but a colleague of mine recommended this desk for the build quality alone. When you really start looking at the desk after construction - you can tell it's super high quality. The motors are very quiet - we have other sit/stand desks at work and these are silient in comparison. Keeping in mind it's relative. The accessories are top shelf. I can't get over the PC Mount / monitor arms. Such a great edition. I have dual 30" monitors on here, and the standard 2 arm mount holds then perfectly without any tension adjustments. Well done. I've been away for work for the last 10 days - I miss my desk. Ya - I miss my desk!
