The product is amazing, the delivery was great, and the assembly easy. The chair got delivered within 1 week, and it was very well packed. It reminded me of unboxing an apple product. Every little item was protected against scratches and damages. Somebody put a lot of thought into this. The assembly was very easy and an enjoyable experience. (Like Lego for adults). There was even a small toolkit in case you don't have any tools at home. The quality of the Soft weave is amazing. It feels great and seems very durable The chair is very massive and it basically says 'I will stay with you for a very long time' It is also very comfortable. The cushion is very hard compared to a sofa or other gaming chairs, but this is exactly what I was looking for. You can even sit cross-legged without any issues, in case you want a different position. I would recommend the XL chair to everybody, even very small people. If you want to touch the floor just buy a leg rest or use a small stool for your legs.
