You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

I bought a Magnus Pro in August. The eta for delivery was 13 Sept (due to some accesories). The desk got here 1 week sooner than expected, it was packed very very nicely and setting it up was straight forward and well explained. All in all a 5/5 out of me. I am using it and must say it's a lovely experience.
Great Desk, bit quite pricey
The desk is simply fantastic, I have nothing to add, but the accessories are so overpriced unfortunately. High quality for sure, but still.

Van kwaliteit tot klantenservice, echt iets waar velen bedrijven een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen! Heb een Magnus pro besteld met alles erop en eraan. Van led tot magneetgoot, kabel management magneetjes, monitor arm pc steun en headset houder. Kwaliteit is super! Nu heb ik na mijn bestelling een grotere monitor gekregen en ik kon de monitor arm retour sturen en een grotere bestellen. Het bedrag netjes terug gekregen. Ook met de klantenservice super goed contact bij alle vragen netjes antwoord! En een ding is zeker als je hier een bureau met accessoires koopt kan je er zeker wel jaren mee vooruit!
