Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. I have really bad posture and this chair has been huge!

So far I'm happy with the purchase. The lumbar pillow is a tad overkill for me but it's still nice. The memory foam arm rests and head rest pillow are amazing! Seat is firmer than i expected but it feels solid and feels like it will last many years. Overall satisfied. Oh! Packaging was insane! There was basically no room for anything to shift in shipment!

Good chair, I love the quality. It looks amazing. I really wish it came standard with a lumbar pillow as the oem lumbar support is subpar. I can’t use this chair for prolonged gaming sessions as it kills my lower back. Hoping breaking it in will help.
