Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Was hard to assemble because I didn't know about the right hinge for the back not being disturbed. I assembled it then found the seat was hard so i bought two flimsy gel cushions and sandwiched a memory cushion in-between them and now the chair is nice to sit on. The chair back is fine. Thank you secretlab for my batman chair!

I purchased the Empire edition if the Titan Evo. I've had many chairs over the years of gaming i have. after a minor break in period this chair is amazing. no more back issues with the adjustable lumbar... its perfect. also the customer service with Secret lab is amazing. had an issue that was self inflicted putting it on the wrong payment method and they took care of everything. I highly recommend their chairs and more importantly the company. Thanks Secret Lab

I've had this chair for just over a month now, and I can honestly say that I did not know what I was missing before I got this chair. I am a large guy, 6'5" ~245 lbs and I have always just used normal chairs, not thinking there was much of a difference for a premium "XL" chair... Boy was I wrong! I finally actually fit in my chair, it's so comfortable, and once I set up the lumbar support in the right spot it instantly relieved the pain I was feeling in my back from sitting at my computer all day, not to mention it's comfortable enough that I have actually leaned the chair back and I have taken a couple of 20 minute power-naps in my chair which I have never been able to do before. I work from home and play some video games on pc, so my chair is already racking up hours of use, and I have been very happy with the purchase. If this is something within your budget that you are considering, ORDER IT!
