Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. I'm a Final Fantasy XIV player and when I saw this chair. I had to get it. Secret Labs did amazing job on the art and is amazingly well made. The attention to detail is shown in both the build and packaging is professional and second to none. I've spent a lot of money on other computer chairs, and none come them come even close to this chair. The next part I feel is missed in many reviews, but I found out from others who have bought chairs from Secret Labs, and that is the chair is hard feeling to sit in when you first get them. You may see some reviews saying the chair is very uncomfortable when they got the chair. I really wouldn't say it's that bad, but if you have some sort of back problems. I can see where they're coming from. After having the chair now for a few weeks, I can say the comfort does improve and as time goes on from what I've been told. It only gets better. I'm talking about people who have had their chairs for 3 to 5 years and the chair is still going strong. Now, with all that being said. This warrior of light must get back to work saving the world!

The chair feels very nice, the materials feel good and high-grade, the adjustable parts move smooth, feel firm and don’t jiggle. It is very comfortable, but the lumbar adjustment system, although very cool, doesn’t offer me enough lumbar support so I currently have a pillow under my back and plan to just buy a lumbar pillow later. I don’t think this would be the case for everyone and is my personal preference since the chair I owned before had a pretty thick lumbar pillow that held my posture up very well so it might’ve felt unusual to have less support. But overall I am really happy with the product!
