Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. I was looking to replace an office chair I've had for about 20 years. It's held up but cushion was going flat, creaking everywhere and loss of pressure in the cylinder. The titan Evo feels so sturdy it should last well beyond my old office chair. The adjustments are great and materials feel even better.

United StatesIt’s amazing except for a couple of things.
I really love this chair over my previous Herman Miller gaming chair which was more expensive! It’s definitely more comfortable to sit in and to play games and work! BUT, I do have a problem with the lumbar back support part making a lot of creaking noise which is getting annoying and makes me want to get the pillow for the back instead of using that. The other thing is that I’m not a big fan of is how low/tall it goes. Even in the lowest part, it’s just okay, I do wish it could go lower but it’s definitely not a deal breaker, since i do love the chair! Thanks!
