You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

This desk is a beast, i love it!! From the unboxing and assembly to having up and running it was a great experience. Clear instructions, great packaging, and good looking from the get go. The motors on the desk are smooth and quiet. it is my first sit/stand desk and I couldn't be happier. Only quibble I have and it's so minor is that the power cord it comes with is Black. With a white setup would be nice to get a white power cord. Still that's hardly worth mentioning. Great Desk, Customer support was awesome, shipping was fast. 5 Stars

Very good. Everything was well packed (even too much on my view). I had to throw a lot of garbage away. But everything works fine. quality is as expected. the cable way on the arm is a bit too small and is not holding well (with 2 video entrance and a power supply)

This desk is solid and I highly recommend getting it. Other premium standing desks with full options would cost similar but fail to manage cable like Magnus Pro. One minor disappointment is the accessories for the desk. The monitor arm screw is kind off lose and the strip light is low quality so consider this before purchasing them.
