You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

The packaging used for the desk and accessories is very premium and very well thought out. Assembly of the desk and accessories is very easy to follow and impressed with how everything easily slots together. Took about 30 minutes to have the desk assembled and I was taking my time too. The desk feels and looks beautiful and very sturdy with hardly, if not, any wobble when raised with 3x 27" monitors and a 20kg PC case attached with the desktop PC mount. The raising and lowering of the desk is pretty quick and saving presets is really handy, so I don't need to guess how high or low the desk needs to be. Cable management tray is very generous with how much you can fit in there. I can fit a 2x4 Belkin surge protector in there attached to the desk, then another 6-way surge protector on the other side which is plugged into the wall. This is routed along the desk leg column using the cable management covers - the covers being magnetic is really cool and a step up to other solutions I've used in the past. After owning this for a few weeks now, I am really happy with the desk and accessories and it is money well spent if you work from home and also game a lot.
