You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

The desk is awesome for those who love cable management. It's so easy to hide cables and organize them if you want to. As far as the legs, they're stable. Don't believe some of the videos you see saying otherwise. They move a little, but it's at the highest setting and when no weight is on it. The motor is quick to move to your height Only downside I can come up with is like most will say; No way to set the lowest height as a lockout. So if you have a PC mounted on the leg, you can lockout the motor from continuing to keep coming down. Otherwise, I love this desk. Worth the money!

The motorized legs are extremely quiet. I use two presets, one for standing and one for sitting and when on meetings I like to change between going up and down. My co-workers on the meetings don't even hear the motor when going up or down which is pretty cool. I have also added in the computer mount to one of the legs which makes for a real nice look. You can add the computer mount to either leg which makes for a nice customization.

Received the Secretlab Magnus Pro desk, assembly was easy. Only issue I had was a screw threading that popped out (poor welding possibly?) of the mounting bracket. A quick conversation with SL's customer service had a replacement part expedited out to me. Great product, great service.
