Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. I work from home full time and regularly had back issues from my previous chair, and I am really happy with my purchase. The chair is very comfortable, I feel that almost any back pain or aching quickly goes from sitting in the chair, and the many different ways to adjust the positioning allows you to change seating pisitions- keeping you comfortable for longer (eg lockable recline, tilt, height, arms etc). I would liken it to sitting in a comfortable car seat, its just as easy to sit in the chair for a long time, like you would a long journey. Only you have the adjustability a car seat does not. Additionally, the product arrived sooner than the quoted time, which was a pleasant surprise to be able to use it sooner than expected. The build time was around 30 minutes with clean up, which I feel gives you a real sense of how sturdy the parts and connections are. Overall I couldn't recommend this chair enough.

Great so far. Definitely the best gaming chair I’ve owned by far. You can really tell that it’s a high quality product. The chair does have a lot of support as well and the adjustable lumbar and arm rests is great, only complaint is that it’s a bit harder than I expected. My butt starts to hurt after a while. Overall though, I’d recommend this product
