Arrived broken, no customer service line to call, a very uncomfortable chair considering the price, should have gone for a Herman Miller chair.

Dislike the armrests but a nice ventilation

The height is okay, I measured 55cm from floor to the highest point of the seat, I'm 176cm and would like just another ~2cm in height for perfection. The net makes it great in the heat of the summer! 46.8cm between the armrests. Armrest-lever for adjusting height is unnecessary. How often do you adjust the height??? Armrest-lever for locking the backrest is kinda nice but I would really prefer to have them below the chair as is standard on most chairs to get more adjust ability for the armrest. Armrests feels like a soft-ish plastic material, the best I have felt but I still need separate cushions because my elbows are sensitive and hurt easily. The armrests are attached to the seat so if you want to extend the seat the armrests will go forward and possibly be in the way of the desk. The backrest could have a better form with a thinner top to give freedom to my shoulders. (Like the IKEA Styrspel). The lumbar support is soft which is the reason I bought this chair and returned the IKEA Styrspel. I bought the extra headrest and I have nothing bad to say about it, it is just great and easy to take off and on. +Mesh for ventilation +Lumbar support is soft and feels nice to curve my spine around -Height adjustment could go higher -Armrests are attached to the seat and are in the way of my desk when I want to extend the seat -Armrests are far apart (46.8cm) -Armrests levers, they should be under the chair to make more adjustable armrests. Excellent chair, love the tilt back the comfor of it, only thing im not pleased as much are armrests, good quality, and looks like it will last long time. Its my first pricey chair. The true meaning of ergonomic for me with this product means i feel i can walk easier after work day. Very pleased, and coudnt stop talking about it. I do miss the head rest part.

Leider ist der Stuhl für mich nicht zu verwenden und ich habe das zu spät gesehen das die Rücksendung des Artikels auf meine Kosten geht und zusätzlich 20%fee veranschlagt wird. Somit muss ich nen für mich unbrauch baren artikel behalten und mir ordentlich verlust verkaufen. Richtig gut
