We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Quality products but subpar customer service
The desk and chair ordered were of premium quality. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and very happy with the quality. However the customer service team was a pain to deal with. They kept owing pushing off simple requests to other teams and they took multiple days to respond. Highly disappointing considering the amount spent overall.
Does not disappoint
The chair is as expected good quality and the customer service great. I had an issue with the back rest, but they immediately sent me a replacement. I’m happy with my purchase!
Not small enough
I am a woman (5'1", 120 lbs) and bought this chair based on good reviews from my friends. Personally, I find the chair to be too firm and uncomfortable when sitting for long periods of time, and it holds too much heat during the summer (softweave material). I bought the small, and its still too big for me. The chair does not go low enough for my feet to touch the floor. The seat is too deep, and not adjustable like other high end chairs. The back support adjustment doesn't go low enough for me. The build quality is very nice, but I'm really disappointed by the size of the "small" and wouldn't recommend this chair to anyone else with a small frame.
Realy nice
Found it a bit hard at the beginning, but after a few days I got used to it or the chair went softer, idk what, but it is comfy now
