Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Amazing!
The chair is easy to set up. I orderd the xl chair, because i am tall and i love it. Finally a chair for my height! And the chair is so comfortable. Defenitly worth it.

I am an older gamer and struggled to stay comfortable for extended periods. So I thought I would try out the secret labs offering. I chose the Batman edition titan evo. From the moment I checked out I was surprised by the quick delivery and from the moment I opened the box I was surprised how enjoyable putting the chair together was. The way it was packed screams luxury it was so simple to build then came the first try and my gosh it was the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in!! So much adjustability after using for a few weeks it still surprises how consistently comfortable it feels. Looking forward to the added leg rest I will be buying one as soon as it’s released. Thank you secret labs you have a customer for life !!
