The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days.

United StatesDegenerative Disc, Sciatica Pain, IT HAS HELPED
I got my chair about 2 weeks ago. I have a degenerative disc, VERY bad sciatica, and I'm in roofing sales... so I'm literally standing on a steep incline all day. Since I've gotten my Titan Evo, my daily back pain has gone from about an 8 to a 3. I sincerely think this has a lot to do with it (granted, I also started using heat / cold therapy more regularly). Cheers, y'all. You've made another loyal customer.

La calidad de la silla se ve buena. Poca comodidad. El cojín cervical va bien para recostarse pero empuja la cabeza hacia delante cuando estás erguido. El refuerzo lumbar me resulta más dañino que beneficioso.

La silla es muy sólida y pesada. Cuesta un poco ajustarla a tu cuerpo pero cuando lo consigues alcanzas el confort. Tuve un problema con los reposa brazos. El olor era muy fuerte y tuve que quitarlos porque me daban náuseas. Escribí al soporte técnico y en menos de una semana ya me envíaron otros.
