We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. United States2nd chair, just as perfect
One son got the star wars chair last chair. So perfect that the other son wanted one this year. Comfort and quality are great, but the stitching detail is way beyond expectation
United StatesVery good, but so close to great
Packaging was fantastic and setup was a breeze with the included large-format instructions. The optional accessory rollerblade style wheels are great on carpet. The seat itself is very comfortable, but don't expect to sink into it. The cushioning is pretty firm, which I tend to prefer anyway. Remains to be seen how it wears in over the years, but promising so far. There is plenty of adjustability for all sorts of positions and body types, however, I do wish the lumbar adjustment controls were a little lower on the backrest for those of us with slightly reduced shoulder mobility. Makes it a little tough to adjust while seated requiring lots of trial and error. I am borderline between regular and XL (6'1" and ~210lbs with wide shoulders) according to the size chart, so I opted for the XL. That being said, the XL is VERY large and I think I would have been more than happy with the regular. Very nice to have multiple size options for those of us that need it though. It's pretty disappointing that the Automobili Lamborghini edition (Verde Selvans) does not come with a color matched neck pillow at this price point. The all black pillow on an otherwise grey and green seat surface is a bit of an eyesore. A grey pillow with Verde Selvans embroidery to match the design underneath would have finished the look nicely. Also not thrilled with the stock PU foam arm rests. It cheapens the feel of the whole chair. Thankfully, these can be easily swapped out, but with the premium you pay for the rest of the "exotic" materials over the standard chair, it would be nice to have premium armrests included. Overall satisfied with my purchase, however, there are definitely some improvements that can be made for a premium product. Would be closer to 3.5 stars if that was an option.

J'ai déjà acheté il y a de celà presque 5 ans un fauteuil Omega pour lequel j'étais déjà très satisfait ! J'ai donc offert pour Noël, ce magnifique fauteuil et la personne qui l'utilise vit une expérience agréable. Jouer dedans devient un plaisir et nous avons pris notre pied à nous débarrasser de l'ancienne chaise acheté bon marché. Une qualité en soit toujours au top !
