The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days.

The chair is magnificent at a reasonable price point. Great for gaming and working. The softness is more on the hard side, but the soft weave texture and the plushy arm rest and head pillow definitely add a lot of comfort. Would recommend to friends.

great product! easy assembly. though my riot buddy was missing from my chair and my seat plastic cover was broken. customer service is great! they sent me a new buddy and a plastic cover is on the way. will definitely recommend. Chair is sooo comfy
