We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. The Secretlab chair is the best chair I’ve ever bought. It’s incredibly durable, with long-lasting cushions that remain comfortable over time. The only downside is cleaning—it’s a bit challenging unless you purchase a chair skin. I haven’t tried their cleaning accessories yet, but that might be the solution. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it!

Great chair overall! the quality is amazing, the customer support could use some re-structuring but as a whole its worth the purchase especially with the 5 years warranty but I do recommend if you are looking for a soft chair, this isn't it unless you get the new new chair that just came out, I recommend getting the lumbar cushion and bottom cushion to improve the softness
