We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days.

I heard about Secret Labs from my brother who bought a chair from them a few years ago and has been hyping it up ever since. I needed a new chair since working from home, I sit at a desk all day, and my back was starting to hurt with my previous chair. The price was a bit high so I was hesitant but decided to finally bite the bullet during Black Friday and am so happy I did! The chair is SUPER comfy and arrived quickly and very well packaged. In fact, unboxing it was an experience all in itself. Setup was straightforward and before you know it, the chair was ready to go! My back now feels way better and I can sit in this all day without issue. Plus it looks super nice. Very happy with this purchase!

Very comfortable for my back and neck. I feel very well supported and it’s easy to tweak the setup to get into the best position. I wish I’d had this a long time ago. Looks very smart too. The only downside for me is that the chair is very heavy. I am on carpet so it’s not easy to slide in and out due to its weight.
FrancePerfect chair but no delivery
Like i said to your support team, it's a very good chair but there was no delivery. I had to move to a warehouse to get my chair. That's a really poor choice of delivery business. For more information, contact your support.
