We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. CanadaExcellent New Chair
I was replacing a different, similar-priced chair from Herman Miller that had been giving me back pain for years - and really pleased with the difference that the Secretlab has made! I haven't had any back issues since getting it. It has only been a couple weeks, but the arm rests have already started coming apart a- the material eroding. It is a bit disappointing as I hear this is not covered under warranty in any way. This is only cosmetic, so not a big deal, but I do wish there was also slightly greater customisation with the distance of them. It is a bit awkward with my desk setup as it is, but that's also sort of unique to me. I am glad I went with the small size (I am 165cm/175lb) - I was worried there wouldn't be enough room for me to wiggle around on it since it was going to be smaller than a typical office chair, but there's still plenty of space for me to curl my feet in. Overall it is a little bit firm, but again that might be a benefit for my back issues, so who knows.

Quality is there i have not seen better. Definitely get what you pay for and new nano leather is amazingly soft and comfortable. I also added the leg recliner piece that was super easy to add it was worth every penny. I would say with that recliner it might just be the best chair ever made amazing comfort and super high quality.
