The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. It was hard to justify making the order of the Titan Evo 2017 without a store near by that I could test sit in. All I could reference to the comfort and adjustability of the chair is by asking random people on the internet about it. As we all know this is not always the best option as answers can vary wildly from person to person. After carefully reviewing the return policy I decided to go for it. I do not regret making this purchase, the claims of comfort people have made while sitting for long hours are absolutely true (for me at least) and the fully adjustable lumbar support is king, not only in/out for the curve of my back, but up and down, to get it in that perfectly correct spot in my back (as no 2 people are built the same). Like the title says, I was skeptical of the claims I had heard when asking around from random strangers on the internet that had a Secretlab titan evo, and for me, it has turned out to be one of the best and most comfortable chairs I have bought. I also did order the Plushcell replacement armrests and that was worth it as well. The original included armrests are a little to hard for me.
