We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. This chair helped me to correct my posture while sitting at my desk, and the medium firm foam feels incredible to sit on. I love all the adjustments I can make, because they really help me to get comfortable for whatever task I am trying to accomplish.

This is the definition of a premium chair. It takes some time but it is comfortable. I love the soft weave. I went from a basic gaming chair to this and the difference is night and day. Especially the price. The reason for 4 stars is because I had to buy the accessories that make it comfortable separately for thos expensive piece of furniture.

Set up was easy: Highly detailed assembly instructions (Actual colour photos, not line vague line drawings). High quality tools. The Chair is Sturdy and comfortable. Nothing Feels flimsy as of 2-3 weeks of use. The replaceable armrest caps are going to be a great thing as the chair ages since they are always the first thing to fail on chairs.

Received the chair with super fast shipping. It was kind of heavy to get up to the second floor, but that's on me, not SecretLab. The instructions were simple, easy to follow and thorough. I've been using the chair for about two months now and I really am glad I bought it. It is a little stiff (hard) but nothing too bad. The only complain I have is the tilt level will sometimes stick and I cannot til the chair bottom back to where I want it. After messing around with it, it will usually fix itself. If not for that small issue, I'd def give it 5 stars!
