You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

I watched many reviews of the Secretlab Magnus Pro desk. I loved the idea of the built-in cable management tray, along with the use of magnets on the desk to keep things organized. I also liked the concept of customizing the desk mat. I went with the Dark Knight version, as I'm a Batman fan. After watching videos and seeing what regular customers were saying, I decided to bite the bullet and get the Magnus Pro XL, the Riser, and the RGB Light bar too. I wasn't disappointed; it's a great desk. At 6'6, I can comfortably use it while sitting, and it doesn't feel fragile. The desk space on top of it is great, and the cable management tray is awesome! This truly is a great desk, and the magnets work perfectly at keeping a nice, clean atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely everything I would want in a gaming desk. The ability to raise and lower the height is perfect for just wanting it slightly adjusted,. I am not going to be standing so I can't say anything about using the desk for standing purposes. The fact that you have a ton of customization is perfect as well. The only issue is the cost, and going into that I knew it would be expensive, but it is totally worth it.
