You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

Received the desk and right away with the weight of the box I knew I had a very robust desk in my hands. Instructions were very clear and all components easy to install. Once on its feet (you'll need a second pair of hands to do that) I installed the dual monitor stand and MagPad. Very satisfied with my setup, looks good and feel very solid. I specially like the magnet capable desk to secure my cables and other accessories. I intent to grab one of their chair to complete the setup. I highly recommend their products.

The motorized legs are great. I love how quiet they are, and the control for them with 3 saved preset positions is very nice. I work all day at my desk and love to sit and stand, changing positions throughout my day.
