You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

I have had no serious complaints so far and the desk lives up to its branding. It’s heavy duty and the cable management is unmatched. The only thing I have to add is the monitor arms are not very optimized. Compared the the huanoi monitor arms I used to use, they are much harder to move and turn and do not support a setup that has a vertical monitor very well. I’m no engineer but my only recommendation is to try and make the arms as mobile and easy to adjust as possible.

I'll start with the negative - the courier service was bad. I ordered just before the holiday season so the estimated delivery date that was quoted was incorrect. The estimated delivery date went from less than a week to 15 days. Was the ordered was made my new delivery date was the 7/01/25. After that day passed I logged an enquiry with yourself and the courier and got two automated responses. It wasn't until I called on the 8th 8th that the courier company advised that the desk had been at their warehouse since the 6/01/25 and that they have a couple of days before they need the reach out. They scheduled the delivery for that day. I was disappointed with the lack of communication from yourselves and the courier company. I had sold my other desk the day before the 7/01/25, so I had to spend that day working from my dining table. The next day I had to go to work and had to organize for someone to come over to my house to be there for the delivery. The small improvements I would suggest - white fixing (eg white screws etc) and a white laptop attachment for the double screen arm. All white is very on trend at the moment and I feel that this is a missed opportunity. The last recommendation would be that the plastic surrounding some of the pieces he changed to a biodegradable plastic bag. And to have information of what packaging can be recycled, which is biodegradable (if you chose to do this) and what has to go on landfill.
