You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

The Magnus Pro desk has literally been a game changer for me. It has allowed me to organise my set-up making my work area look incredible taking away all of the many unsightly cables that were on my desk before. The desk also now allows me to stand up whilst working and I have never had this experience before but can already tell that it helps with my back as I'm no longer required to sit at the desk all day. I definitely recommend this desk to anyone who is looking for the end game desk set-up.

It's been really cool to be able to adjust where required and stand should I want to get off my bloated butt. I have yet to figure out how I power it off but it's probably in the manual. Overall I love the lights and setup once I purchased those elements... in addition. Honestly, feel the desk should have come with the light strip included. There are so many separate parts and most of them are not cheap. The back lights would have been a nice addition to the desk as a whole. It came together better once I had the lights glowing at the back.

the desk is very soldi, the height adjustment panel is minimal and intuitive, adjusting the height of the desk is very fast and silent. the magnetic mat is pleasant to the touch. the cable management is very optimized, with this desk I have no visible cables, and the few that I chose to leave out use magnetic cable organizers. I highly recommend purchasing the desk, the price is quite high, but the desk you get is of great quality.
