You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

Honestly one of the best desk I have ever seen and super easy to set up. The box that the parts come in are well packaged and labeled. I didn’t have any issue reading the instructions and it came with everything you need. Well worth the money
Heavy duty desk witch probably out live my grand kids.
I was super impatient so i managed to set up my desk alone it was relative easy and I love it. The cable management tray is bigger than I expected. Overall I am really satisfied its a pretty solid desk the leather is nice and soft for the touch It could be more squishy I would have added a foam layer or something but its personal preference. I have two minor issues with the desk: The leg witch has the socket its on the left side and there is no way to put it on the right where is my socket but the provided cord is long enough so i can just lead it through the cable management tray almost unnoticed. I got the PC mount(witch is super awesome by the way and makes cable management a breeze) too and my case fits but it so big there is like 3-4 cm from the minimum desk height settings where my case reaches the floor and the desk gets tilted. No big issue and I totally forgot to check for that so its partly on me. Also the desk can literally lift me with no issues. I recommend to have a friend at the ready to set up but also to carry up or in to your place its heavy.
