You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

People sometimes chat about finding their forever home but in this case it’s finding your forever desk. I’ve gone through about a handful of desks in my lifetime. From using a dinning table to some cheap wood no name brand. Working in IT I never knew the importance of how vital a good desk was. I’ve always went with the “this will do” mentality. Sure a part of it was the unwillingness to spend a lot on something I felt I didn’t need or require. So after a few years of using an off brand desk I started to develop tennis elbow (I don’t even play tennis btw. I strongly believe this happen due to the old desk height not being in a position where it was ergonomic. Eventually, I had enough and started researching a forever desk. One that would I could use forever. After a lot of research I finally decided the SecretLab Magnus was the one for me. When I got the table I knew it was going to be a game charger. Just the way it was packaged nicely I knew this desk was in a whole different league than my previous desk. Setting up the desk was a breeze as the instructions were crystal clear. I ended it setting it up solo since I was too excited to put it together than to wait for my gf to come help out. Once completely set up I felt the difference. My mind was blown and I knew this was going be my forever desk. The built quality was excellent and the height adjustment was exactly what I was looking for. I’m very happy with the purchase. Don’t let the price tag scare you away. It is worth every penny.
