You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

The experience up to now has been great. A lot of space and great cable management. Assembly was really straightforward. The buttons are very sensitive.

This desk is an absolute game changer. I’m so glad I pulled the trigger. I work from home and spend the majority of my time in my home office. I needed a solid standup desk that efficiently hides all the wires (I was tired of the mess behind my old desk). I did have some concerns about stability at a high height standing up (I’m 6’1’’) after reading a few “reviews” but this beast is rock solid with virtually no wobble at all. If you tighten your bolts/screws like you should, you won’t have any problems. If I could crown an Iron Chef of standup desk designs, Secret Lab’s Magnus Pro would wear the crown. In other words, this desk is in the same category as Tom Brady. The GOAT.

I used to have a standard L-Shape desk in my office but needed a change. The main thing that drew me to Secretlabs was the integrated cable management. Really a big factor for me as I do not like wires hanging around. The integrated power source was also a big deal. I do think from a customer services point of view they need a phone number and speaking on chat 24/7 is good but it’s limited. Also, there was a delay with my initial order so I cancelled it and reordered which lead to delivery being on time. The product is highly recommended / customer service needs improving

Was soll ich sagen? Der Titel sagt schon alles: Ich bin mehr als zufrieden! Anfangs habe ich lange überlegt, ob ich so viel Geld für dieses Setup ausgeben soll, aber ich habe es keine Sekunde bereut – im Gegenteil! Das Setup ist ein absoluter Traum, besonders wenn man es leid ist, überall herumhängende Kabel zu haben. Die Verarbeitung ist hervorragend, alles passt perfekt zusammen, und obendrein wird hochwertiges Werkzeug mitgeliefert. Ob ich es weiterempfehlen würde? Absolut! Und ob ich es noch einmal kaufen würde? Ohne Frage, ja!

The Magnus Pro desk has literally been a game changer for me. It has allowed me to organise my set-up making my work area look incredible taking away all of the many unsightly cables that were on my desk before. The desk also now allows me to stand up whilst working and I have never had this experience before but can already tell that it helps with my back as I'm no longer required to sit at the desk all day. I definitely recommend this desk to anyone who is looking for the end game desk set-up.
