HungaryThe best chair I ever had
I decided to get a Secretlab chair, because I got a lasting lower back pain (I work a lot on a computer, sitting there 10+ hours daily). I was looking for a new chair that could keep up with that while giving a proper support to my back to help the pain go away. I decided to try Secretlab, as the chairs are designed for heavy use, and I really liked the magnatic design, the swappable armrest, and the possibility to add a skin later. This was a good choice, the chair helped a lot with my back pain! Thanks a lot! The chair itself is very robust and heavy, it is made of quality materials. The armrest that is coming with the chair is a SOFT plastic and it is comfortable (it was a great surprise, as I expected hard plastic). I use my chair with the PlushCell armrest though that I ordered additionally, that one is even nicer! The armrests are wide enough on a Regular sized chair that I can play guitar and my elbow won't be blocked - that's a big plus! I also ordered a Lumbar Pillow Pro, as I read on some forums that for some people the chair is only comfortable with the pillow added. For me, the chair is very comfortable even without the pillow. The pillow fits just right into the chair. It is not super-soft, but that's a good thing, as it helps to support my back. The neck pillow is great. It's a bit softer, and super comfortable. The magnetic fit works very well. My only concern is that the magnetic area could be extended a little lower. I'm 170 cm, ordered a regular sized chair, and the neck pillow sticks just at the bottom of the magnetic area. If I move my head while resting it on the neck pillow, it sometimes falls down. My wife is a bit shorter than me, and she cannot adjust the neck pillow to fit her well, as the magnetic area do not get a few cm lower and the neck pillow won't stick there. Overall, I'm very happy with this chair. It's expensive, but well worth it! Absolutely recommended, I would buy it again.

Was hard to assemble because I didn't know about the right hinge for the back not being disturbed. I assembled it then found the seat was hard so i bought two flimsy gel cushions and sandwiched a memory cushion in-between them and now the chair is nice to sit on. The chair back is fine. Thank you secretlab for my batman chair!

I purchased the Empire edition if the Titan Evo. I've had many chairs over the years of gaming i have. after a minor break in period this chair is amazing. no more back issues with the adjustable lumbar... its perfect. also the customer service with Secret lab is amazing. had an issue that was self inflicted putting it on the wrong payment method and they took care of everything. I highly recommend their chairs and more importantly the company. Thanks Secret Lab

I've had this chair for just over a month now, and I can honestly say that I did not know what I was missing before I got this chair. I am a large guy, 6'5" ~245 lbs and I have always just used normal chairs, not thinking there was much of a difference for a premium "XL" chair... Boy was I wrong! I finally actually fit in my chair, it's so comfortable, and once I set up the lumbar support in the right spot it instantly relieved the pain I was feeling in my back from sitting at my computer all day, not to mention it's comfortable enough that I have actually leaned the chair back and I have taken a couple of 20 minute power-naps in my chair which I have never been able to do before. I work from home and play some video games on pc, so my chair is already racking up hours of use, and I have been very happy with the purchase. If this is something within your budget that you are considering, ORDER IT!
