This chair is fit for a Primarch, by far the best chair for use with a computer I have ever used and I've been gaming and working in call centres for over 25 years. The construction is better than I've seen on $2500 "24-hour use" rated call centre chairs and they are way more comfortable. I'm trying to get my boss to kit out the centre in these chairs they are that good. The instructions to put it together were easy to follow and the chair went together without any problems and it lets you see just how well they are constructed. I'm a big guy and unlike most gaming chairs this thing is rock solid and does not move around under me or make any weird noises when moving around. I cannot recommend these chairs any higher and I'm kicking myself for not buying one sooner, although I am glad I waited for the Warhammer 40000 Ultramarines one as there is no better-looking chair out there.

I've had the chair less than a year and I've already had issues with casters. The rollerblade casters started falling out randomly despite me being under their weight limit. I tried using the original casters and had similar issues with one. It seems to be a problem with the base. Support not all that helpful Chair is comfortable, but even as an XL, the head rest feels a little too low. I also wish the lower back pillows had magnets as it falls down every time I stand up. The chair is fairly comfortable, but does get 'warm'. I haven't had any spills or stains on it, but it seems easy enough to clean. I love the design though. Great stitching and build quality (other than the horrible casters). I did the upgraded arm rests, but found the stock/default ones a little more comfortable.
