Chair was a little stiff at first before really fine tunning my lumbar support on the chair. Can seamlessly go from rocking to straight up and locked. Spend about 4 hrs a day sitting now. Get the standing desk and stand for the other 4 hrs. Match made in heaven.

Extremely quick and accurate as far as the delivery is concerned. I am really enjoying how comfortable the seat is over all, and it’s obviously great quality. The only thing stopping me from giving the chair a 5/5 is the slight limitation of the lumbar support. I have a relatively short torso, and even though I bought the suggested chair for my height I’m finding the lumbar support a touch too high. I’ve lowered it as much as the chair will allow but it’s still not perfect. When I’m sitting completely straight up and have my feet on the ground it’s fine, but any deviation from “perfect posture” I notice a bit of uncomfortable pressure in my lower back. I assume this will go away as I ware the chair in, and understand that the better sitting posture I have will benefit me overall. That said, sometimes I just want to lounge or kick my feet up and there is a noticeable difference in comfort level.

I had been using a generic office chair for increasingly long hours doing academics at the computer. I was experiencing lower back and left hip pain that came on after about 30-45 minutes and did not respond much to changing chair settings or repositioning myself. I started looking at task chairs and was quite dismayed at the expense, even when shopping the used market. My son, a computer science major and gamer came home for summer break and brought his chair-of-choice with him – a SecretLab Titan. I tried that on and my decision was made. I purchased a Titan and suddenly my back and hip pains were gone, even with long hours. I also love the adjustability. I would strongly suggest that people outside of the gaming community considering buying a task chair should look at getting a SecretLab chair instead. All of the benefits, more adjustability, and a much more reasonable price. Not to mention the sheer style points…..
