First off, about the delivery: Secretlab delivers quickly, reliably, and with tracking. I placed my order on Monday and it arrived at my doorstep by Friday of the same week. The packaging for the desk and chair is impressively high-quality, ensuring that nothing can get damaged during transit. The assembly is a breeze: The instructions are well-written and each step is additionally illustrated with pictures. The chair itself is a dream. Even during long sessions in front of the screen, it doesn't let me down. What I particularly appreciate is the adaptability of the chair: The armrests can be moved in every possible direction, and the adjustable lumbar support is excellent. I've waited a long time to get this upgrade, and I absolutely do not regret it. I can recommend to everyone, to bring a piece of comfort from Secretlab into their home. Small sample size, but really loving the chair so far. The chair was was super simple to assemble and is very comfortable. Love the ability to customize the back rest as well. Quality definitely feels like it's there in the materials/build.
