The overall experience was brillant: from the ordering, to the shipment and unboxing, everything is more than customer friendly, it was perfect. I got an issue with the armrest, I sent a video to show the issue, the customer service replies me super fast (even if during xmas holidays), and some days later I already received a new armrest to replace the defective one. I guess "There is no problem if there is a solution" is the mantra of Secret Lab CS ! Moreover, the chair is super comfortable, I wish it can get up a little higher, but otherwise everything is great, qualitative, and money-worth. So big thanks and congrats for your quality, your solutions and you service !
