This makes the third secret labs chair I own. I love these chairs great valve and long life even the oldest one (over 4 years) looks and feel as good as the day it was bought.

I'm really glad I invested in one of these. I've been through some cheaper ones, and was left feeling like they were overpriced and still not working for me. The Titan XL is a good size for me (I'm 6" tall), and it's just sturdy and well-made, so I feel like my money was well-spent. That being said though, it's on the firm side, and it wasn't until I got the additional lumbar support pillow that I really felt comfortable. The stock armrests are very hard, too, so it feels a little like they want to to buy all the extras, which are not cheap. If this chair had come with the comfortable armrests and was not quite so firm, this would be a 5* review. I like that they've started offering a footrest add-on, but they're also expensive. In short: it's a good quality chair for the base cost. To be my ideal chair though, it's several hundred more dollars for all of the extra features, making it a much larger investment than I planned for based on the glowing reviews I heard, so it seemed important to mention.
