I've had my chair for almost a month now, and am pleased with it overall. It was received within a (realistic) timely manner - I knew I wouldn't have it before the Holidays in December, and I was ok with receiving it just after. Setup was simple and straightforward with well outlined directions making it easy to follow. I'm not convinced the chair itself is astonishingly comfortable. However, it isn't uncomfortable. I do enjoy sitting in it and don't get uncomfortable sitting in it for extended periods of time as with some other chairs, and I do appreciate the quality used that should make it last. Additionally, I notice it is easier to sit more (properly) straight in this chair as well compared to others. There is a slight misalignment upon assembly, that I have noticed. I am working with support currently on coming to a solution to this at this time.
