We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days.

I bought this chair because a couple of friend who give it intense use recomended it. I use the chair both for work and for gaming. I was unsure at first because it felt very firm for my taste. However I changed my mind after a few days of use, because this firmness is what encourages moving. Pros: - Lumbar support is excellent. - You can rest your whole back. - Headrest is wonderfully comfy. - Robust and really good quality materials. - Fabric feels warm and cozy. As a person who is always cold, I'm so glad! - Really large and plenty of space to move. You can seat properly like a human, or not. Up to you. Cons: - Despite the good quality of materials it is slightly bit overpriced. - Odour was an issue at first, but nothing time and an air freshener won't take away. - Electrostatic is a bit of a problem in my overly dry home. If that is an issue for you too, the fabric version is not the best option.

My only complaint is that the factory guy tightened the armrest screws so tight. They stripped the screws trying to loosing them. Both sides. Tell Hercules to chill out. So I got armrest way to far out and uncomfortable
