We strongly recommend that you watch the assembly video before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. I read and watched a lot of reviews of different brand and models before deciding on Titan Evo in Soft Weave and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Apart from being aesthetically pleasing and extremely well built, Evo is the most comfortable and supportive chair I have ever sat in. After a few days of use, all of my lower back pain was gone. I work from home and often have video meetings back-to-back for most of the day and this chair makes it manageable. The multiple sitting options also help with my constant ADHD need to switch positions. At first I was apprehensive due to reviews stating that the chair is uncomfortably hard, but honestly, I have no idea what those people usually sit on? Unless you are used to extremely soft padded sofas and armchairs, Titan is not hard at all. Yes, it is firm memory foam, but firm in a way that offers perfect support and will prevent the seat from sagging for years to come. The lumbar support took a few days of fiddling with before I found the sweet spot, but is now perfect. I can honestly say that it’s better than the ergonomic chairs that I used to sit in back in my work from the office days. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

I know multiple friends that have secret lab chairs, so I was already confident it was going to be awesome, but it still managed to exceed my expectations. I made a mistake when I ordered and accidentally got the lite instead of the normal version. Initially I was bummed, but after using it for a little bit, it still feels high quality and I'm still happy to have it. It doesn't feel like I got "the cheap one".

So far the chair is great, only been using it for a few days, but it's a definite upgrade from my previous chair. I appreciate the larger degree of customization for fit and the availability of the small size since I am only 5 feet tall.
