We strongly recommend that you watch the assembly video before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. I decided to upgrade my old DXRacer chair to the Secretlab TITAN Evo and was completely satisfied! There is a reason why this chair is at the top 5 best gaming/office chair on multiple websites and rightfully so. The quality is very high and sturdy yet smooth and comfortable to the touch. This chair has all the necessary functionalities to position sitting in many different ways efficiently and with ease to reduce back/joint pains from sitting still for too long. It delivers and ships very safely in an enthusiastic and aesthetically pleasing packaging. Installation took an easy 15 minutes. The color is "Ash Gray" but is a lot lighter than the pictures and is closer to a blue-white or off-white. If you're looking for quality and a long-lasting chair, than look no further as this is the one; hands-down.

It's a great chair that has an immediate premium feel in all aspects from unboxing to sitting in it. But it is not a "normal" chair in that its some plush throne. It is meant to support you and as such you do have to sit properly in it (at least in my experience) for it to be comfortable. Having said that I am a big guy. And I do wish the seat had just a little give to it but again as long as I'm sitting like back fully against the back rest and tilted back some its quite comfortable. The neck pillow is amazing and the upgraded armrests are nice too! Anyways these chairs aren't by no means cheap and you're not getting a cheap chair when you buy so I'd say IF you have the disposable income just laying around to get this chair, definitely go for it.

It was wonderful so far. The wheels are very quiet which is something little, but goes a long way. The perfect balance of soft and supportive. I’ve had it for roughly a month so far and it has been perfect.
