We strongly recommend that you watch the assembly video before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Overall the experience has been awesome, a little strange at first but after some days of usage everything good The lumbar "pro" pillow is confortable and provides that additional boost to the lumbar support The "premium" footrest feels solid, previously i had another footrest that used to "sink" and didn't provide nothing more than some centimeters, this one doesn't sink so easy, it holds up for several hours

I love the chair and all the adjustments that it has, it really is a quite comfortable chair but the colours of the chair are not exactly the same as shown on the website. My chair is the Cyberpunk edition and the skull on the back is all grey on the website but in reality it has some black parts which, for me, doesn't look quite as great. The included pillow is really good though.
