We strongly recommend that you watch the assembly video before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. My first product I ever purchased from Secretlabs was the old Omega chair in 2019. They didn't have the "small" size back then, and I got the "regular" thinking it would be fine. I was very wrong. Objectively, it was one of the worst chairs I've purchased because it did not support me ergonomically for my size and I didn't know the few inches difference would be so detrimental. I sold the chair after 3 years not being able to handle the lower back aches anymore. Fast forward to now, as I'm revamping my office space, I decided to give Secret Labs another chance. I'm so glad I did, because with the "small" now available, everything finally clicked into place! I love my Cyberpunk chair and it looks incredible in my office. I never had any issues in the material quality of Secretlab products, it was mostly the size accommodations that the company lacked for people that averaged more around the 5'5" height. I still think there can be more improvements there (more skin options for the "small" is just one example, like, why not have the new Arcane skins for the "small" sizes too? I know I'd buy it in a heartbeat along with 2 other people who I've convinced to get Secretlab products). In any case, I'm so glad I gave Secretlab another chance and to be able to write this review in my new chair.

I got my secret lab Titan evo jhin edition 10 days ago. It's very easy to assemble, the chair is awesome and so so beautiful. The fact that they combine leather and fabric is very clever!! The seat is at least at a luxury level and the skin which i picked - jhin from league of legends - makes it a true masterpiece. To be honest i was thinking that the chair is not worth the money, but i tell you its worth all the money. I will return when a good amount of time passes to update my review. PS the delivery was one day before the expected, I've never experienced something like that with shipping from abroad.
CanadaABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. NOTHING COMPARES. DON'T GET THE LITE!
I did a TON of research.. NOTHING COMPARES.. especially awesome is the INTEGRATED lumbar support (WAY BETTER than any of those wacky lumbar pillows which you get with a 200-400 $ chair.) This chair is PRIMO QUALITY. Everything about it speaks care and quality. The wheels are SMOOTH and QUIET.. and every piece of it's construction feel HEAVY and SOLID. Not to mention is F&^&(*))% BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! It was also very easy to put together. Bonus that they have a CANADIAN web store.. I actually was expecting to pay duties and it showed up on my doorstep with an honest total cost of only 720~! If you think spending 2-4 hundred on a chair is better than spending 700.. consider that those chairs are only about 10% the quality as these chairs... honestly I think they are total %^&*. Just garbage without much thought or care made to look like racecar chairs.. ha! This chair is better quality than the OG leather seats in my 2011 MAZDA 3!!! haha SUPPORT. I was actually surprised at first at how stiff the cushioning are in the main seat.. but after only a few MINUTES I realized JUST HOW SUPPORTIVE AND COMFORTABLE IT IS. I make hiphop music, video, and produce for LONG HOURS at my desk (games too ;P).. and I felt nothing but solid, and ultra comfortable support in this chair. It's customizable functions are REALLY AMAZING. they left out NOTHING. The way you can adjust the armrests in literally ANY DIRECTION.. WOW.. IN CONCLUSION.. don't buy ANYTHING ELSE. and GET THE OG, not the evo lite, because the integrated lumbar is HELLA GOOD, and for only an extra like 150$.. don't waste your money on the lite. you'll regret it for sure. Get the chair, just F^%^*$#* DO IT. You will absolutely LOVE IT. P.S. Make sure to get the RIGHT SIZE! haha P.P.S. The ONLY qualm I do have with it is I would have loved MORE vertical extension and compression in the hydraulic base. (psssst HEY SECRETLAB! DESIGN ONE AND I WILL BUY IT FOR SURE!!!!)
