We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Perfect chair.
I was a bit uncertain as to how good this chair could be. I was throwing away a decades-old fabulously comfortable high-backed all-memory foam office chair, and I had searched in vain for the new equivalent for years. I had pretty much resigned myself to making do with something less cozy. The Secretlab Titan, however, exceeded expectations, and proved actually better. The extreme adjustability combined with luxurious design results in what can only be described as the perfect chair. Hours spent writing will prove effortless. Money well spent. In fact, cheap for what you get. Can I give six stars?

Glad I took the plunge
This chair has a lot of mixed reviews, and to be honest I was super anxious about taking the plunge with it but ultimately I'm a happy customer. I'm on the shorter side, but also plus-size, so I got the XL but I was worried if the larger chair would suit my body type given its made for taller people. It's perfect for me. I suffer from a nerve pain condition, predominantly in my lower back but started also getting a lot of upper spine pain with my previous chair, so I had to make a decision. My upper spine pain basically, done and my lower back hip pain is greatly reduced. Being able to raise the armrests to make it so it supports my arms on mouse and keyboard has life changing. The only drawback with those is, I like having them inward on my XL to have them comfortable but often I'm having to fix them back inward cause they move very easily from being bumped - i almost wish there was a lock feature on the armrests to stop this. As for lumbar support - its there but very faint. Honestly I wasn't expecting much from a gaming chair, and to be fair - this has more adjust-ability than any other one I've had, but if you're looking for a significant curve you wont find it, its more subtle. Its a firm chair, but padded, which I love, but I'm also a person who likes a super firm mattress, and a padded but firm couch, or memory foam pillows. Ultimately my best advice is, do what I did - find reviews (reddit is super helpful) based off of people who have similar body types and preferences to you in what you like. There will be people who think it's the best thing ever, there will be people who say its the absolute worst - which is super intimidating, but ultimate comfort in chairs is very subjective.
