We strongly recommend that you watch the assembly video before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. We deliver your order straight to your address via FedEx, UPS, TNT or DPD. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your order. Fantastic Chair for gaming and office work

This is my first "gaming chair" and it's been great. I had a lot of lower back problems because of my old chair (which was just a cheap one from a certain online marketplace) but they've pretty much all disappeared. My only MAJOR complaint is it is sometimes uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time without getting up (but once I move around a little, which I should be doing anyway, it's fine to sit back down). I'm also still too short for even the small size and I hate not having my feet on the ground. The magnet for the enclosed FF14 role patches is also very week and they fall off very easily. Other than those things, which are pretty minor, I'm pretty satisfied overall.
